Had an amazing time with friends! We loved hanging out by the outdoor pool and playing tennis on the courts. The staff was friendly and breakfast hit the spot. Just a heads up, though, the cleanliness could have been better in our room. Overall, it was a fun and chill getaway!

We had a fantastic family stay! The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the homemade breakfast, especially the waffles and crispy bacon, exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond, providing us with all the local dining tips which made our trip even better.

My kids wished for a larger breakfast seating area for families. It was a bit cramped during busy hours, which made it tricky to manage everyone’s needs at once.

The Hotel At Dayton South was modern and clean, with a cozy lobby and fresh-smelling linens. The location was convenient for exploring nearby dining options, making it a pleasant stay overall.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spacious and had both a mini-fridge and microwave, making it super convenient for snacks and drinks. And don't even get me started on the breakfast – tasty hot options like omelettes and bacon made each morning feel special!

Great staff and spotless rooms, but the Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe King Room and found some positives and challenges. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and I was pleased to have the option of opening the window for fresh air. However, I experienced some issues with cleanliness, as the room didn't feel thorough enough, and I found the fridge and microwave to be difficult to manage due to limited outlets.

The breakfast offered tasty pancakes that could really kickstart your day. The lobby felt inviting and cozy, making it a pleasant place to relax in between outings.

However, I encountered some cleanliness issues. my room had a peculiar odor, which definitely dampened the experience. I noticed the shower curtain was short, leading to some splash-out situations on the floor. In addition, the pool seemed a bit neglected—water quality was questionable and not very inviting for a swim.

Had a reasonable experience during the visit, with a notably clean room and friendly staff. However, hot water issues were problematic, and the breakfast offerings could use improvement, as they ran out of key items. Overall, it was decent for a short stay.

The cleaning service was surprisingly thorough, I always returned to a spotless room after a long day. The breakfast was a standout with those hot waffles and biscuits, just what I needed to start my hectic mornings! !

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and enjoyed useful amenities like a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a roll-in shower, spacious with good toiletries. Breakfast featured a variety of warm options, including eggs and muffins. The staff was quick to help with check-in. The location had easy access to roads and places to eat.

A stay here was disappointing. the initial room was overheated, and the AC was ineffective. Switching rooms didn’t improve conditions. the second room had an odd odor and a broken toilet flush. The hallways were unkempt, and breakfast options were limited and unappealing.

The breakfast was a treat! Swing by The Original Pancake House for some scrumptious pancakes. The staff here also went above and beyond, making my stay comfortable, despite a few hiccups.

A bit of a letdown with the room service. I got stuck with not-so-fluffy towels and missed out on a cleaning. Also, the air had a hint of something funky.
